Michael founded MS Lending Group in January 2021 and prior to that has over 13 years’ experience in the secured industry. His previous role included over 10 years at the UK’s largest specialist lender, Together.
He is experienced in managing and maintaining large accounts, and has strong corporate relationships.

Michael’s day to day is focused on business growth and the overall direction of the business, however he still gets a buzz and thoroughly enjoys maintaining relationships with brokers and direct customers and seeing a deal through from enquiry to completion.
Alexandra Stratton
CMO & Shareholder
Alex lives, breathes and builds the MSLG brand. Responsible for managing the development and execution of marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Having previously worked for a host of brands including Lloyds and Halifax Bank, Alex has won numerous industry awards for her campaigns.
In addition to seeking partnership opportunities, Alex is a lead in strategy, ideation and collaboration across the whole business.
Stephen Alcock
CFO
Over 25 years' experience across accountancy, corporate finance, and banking. Big fan of red wine, boats, fishing, squash and being King of the BBQ.
Matt Blake
Non-Exec Board Member
With over 20 years industry experience devising and delivering firms diverse funding platforms. He brings huge experience to the team.
Diane Moore
Head of Operations
Diane heads up the operational side of MS Lending Group. With twenty years of operational expertise, Diane looks after the efficiency of the business, how we can enhance customer experiences and leads our team's development. A variety of fruit teas whilst assessing efficiency are a few of her favourite things!

Although a supporter of the wrong reds, we let Jamie off as he brings over 25 years of specialist lending experience to our team.

Head of Broker Relations
Experienced in all areas of the lending market both lending and broker side, Adam is a huge asset to the team.
He is responsible for the development of the sales team and our broker relations and in turn the growth of the business.
Tom Herbert
Relationship Manager - North
Tom brings extensive expertise in both commercial and residential bridging to the team, along with a solid track record in managing client and broker relationships.

Bolstering the impressive underwriting team. Having worked both broker and lender side. Mike has over 11 years' experience in the industry.
Responsible for evaluating each case and its risks, away from the office Mike enjoys movies and gaming.

Probably the most organised person you will ever meet. Sam has taken to the lending industry like a duck to water and his knowledge and eagerness just grows and grows.
Sam is responsible for looking at each case, and assessing the risk for the business.

A keen traveller, and supporter of the wrong Reds. Tobias also is a key part of our underwriting team, responsible for reviewing our cases and assessing the risks to the business.

Management Accountant
Emma is a seasoned chartered management accountant with over 11 years of experience and her passion for numbers and metrics makes her a valuable asset to our finance team.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her two dogs: a Golden Retriever and a Chihuahua. She also loves hiking and biking in the countryside.

Taryn brings over 10 years of account management and client relationship experience to the team and plays a vital role in looking after our customers during the cycle of their loan.

Playing a key part in our servicing team, Olivia is responsible for looking after our clients post-completion and throughout their loan with us.

Having previously played for West Bromwich Albion's youth academy and then 2 seasons at Solihull Moors, his quick thinking and agility is a huge asset to the MSLG team and for our partners!

Bru ensures the team remain happy and engaged in the office, whether it’s a paw of reassurance or a pant of approval.
Bruno enjoys greeting guests in the office, although you can sometimes catch him sleeping on the job.
