Michael founded MS Lending Group in January 2021 and prior to that has over 13 years’ experience in the secured industry. His previous role included over 10 years at the UK’s largest specialist lender, Together.
He is experienced in managing and maintaining large accounts, and has strong corporate relationships.

Michael’s day to day is focused on business growth and the overall direction of the business, however he still gets a buzz and thoroughly enjoys maintaining relationships with brokers and direct customers and seeing a deal through from enquiry to completion.
Alexandra Stratton
CMO & Shareholder
Alex lives, breathes and builds the MSLG brand. Responsible for managing the development and execution of marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Having previously worked for a host of brands including Lloyds and Halifax Bank, Alex has won numerous industry awards for her campaigns.
In addition to seeking partnership opportunities, Alex is a lead in strategy, ideation and collaboration across the whole business.
Diane Moore
Head of Operations
Diane heads up the operational side of MS Lending Group. With twenty years of operational expertise, Diane looks after the efficiency of the business, how we can enhance customer experiences and leads our team's development. A variety of fruit teas whilst assessing efficiency are a few of her favourite things!

Experienced in all areas of the lending market both lending and broker side, Adam is a huge asset to the team.
He is responsible for the development of the sales team and our broker relations and in turn the growth of the business.
Lee Moran

The South
Using his 9 years of experience in property finance covering regulated mortgages, bridging and development finance working for a bank and specialist lenders, Lee has a huge wealth of experience.
His main responsibilities are to build upon new and existing broker relationships, with a focus of originating new business in the South!
In his spare time he enjoys playing cricket and tennis, badly in his own opinion, but it’s the taking part that matters right?
Beth is our super organised and cheerful internal relationship manager. When she’s not rollin’ through your enquiries and getting the job done wheely quickly she spends her spare time at the roller skate rink!

With over six years of experience in property finance, our Internal Relationship Manager Rhea has vast experience with both commercial and 2nd charge mortgages.

Heading up the business processing team. Aimee has a huge attention to detail and is extremely well organised.
When not processing all of your deals from start to finish. Aimee also enjoys thrifting and up cycling.
Tobias Williams

A keen traveller, and supporter of the wrong Reds. Tobias also is a key part of the business processing team ensuring your deals complete on time, every time. Using his new skills and love of property finance he also underwrites a number of deals.

Another wrong Red in the business, however a great asset to the processing team! Ellie uses her fast pace and agility from the netball court as she attentively processes the legal side of the business.

Responsible for evaluating each case and its risks, away from the office Mike enjoys movies and gaming.

Probably the most organised person you will ever meet. Sam has taken to the lending industry like a duck to water and his knowledge and eagerness just grows and grows.
Sam is responsible for looking at each case, and assessing the risk for the business.
Fay Cripps

Fay is at the core of our MS Lending Group HQ. Having worked her way across most roles Fay now deals with the asset management side of the business. She liaises with clients, solicitors and receivers to ensure loans are redeemed on time. You’ll find her watching her beloved City at every opportunity!
Isabel Robbins
Assistant Asset Manager
Izzy deals with the back book and ensuring redemptions are made on time.
Thankfully, Izzy can leave running round with a stick in hand to when she is playing hockey at the weekend.
Taryn Van-Der-Sluis
Customer Account Manager
Taryn brings over 10 years of account management and client relationship experience to the team and plays a vital role in looking after our customers during the cycle of their loan.

When Taryn isn't at work she spends her time camping back home in Wales and supporting what we like to call ‘the right reds!’

Emma is a seasoned chartered management accountant with over 11 years of experience and her passion for numbers and metrics makes her a valuable asset to our finance team.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her two dogs: a Golden Retriever and a Chihuahua. She also loves hiking and biking in the countryside.
