Funds can be made available within 24 hours which enable our customers to move quickly or pose as cash buyers to have an edge in the market.
All payments taken up front and deducted at the start of the loan.
On receipt of application a credit search must be provided by the customer. (Clearscore/Equifax/Experian)
Customers with a heavy adverse credit rating will not be eligible.
All valuations are conducted by a panel of qualified RICS surveyors.
